Kurt has a long experience providing consulting services to start-up mining ventures and mining companies at all levels of development. Primarily in mineral property acquisitions and transactions, financing efforts, and project management. He is a member of the American Mining and Exploration Association and the Nevada Landmen's Association and the Rocky Mountain Association of Mineral Landmen.
Kurt has been a founder or co-founder of several mining companies serving as an Officer, Director and CEO.
He has conducted the hiring and supervision of geologists, landmen, legal consul, financial officers, mine management, drilling contractors, construction and mining contractors, investment bankers, and investor relations personnel.
Land Management skills include all aspects of natural resource property acquisitions and management, including property sales and joint ventures, supervising and participating in due diligence efforts on acquisitions and divestitures of mining properties. Extensive experience with drafting and negotiating various types of land related agreements.
Co-founder, Director, President. Highland is a Private Company focused on the exploration for a Sullivan type polymetallic deposit in the Pine Creek area of the Coeur d' Alene Mining District. The target has been identified by both geochemical and geophysical anamoly. In addition to geophysics over 2400 soil samples and 400 rock chip samples have been analyzed.
Served (2010 - 2013) as an independent Director of Bullion Gold A Canadian mining company with 86,000 acres of mineral claims in Quesnel Terrain of Central British Columbia, Bullion was involved in a Joint Venture on the south end of its property with Gold mining giant Newmont Mining Co.
Co-founded and raised initial capital for United Mine Services. A diversified mine services company that engaged in underground contract mining, the operation of a machine and fabrication business and an environmental contracting company.
Organized the merger with United Mine Services and Syringa Exploration to become United Silver Corporation which subsequently listed on the main Toronto Stock Exchange.
Josh is an independent contract geologist and a KJH preferred contractor with extensive accomplishments as both a mine and exploration geologist with world wide experience. Josh earned his B.Sc. in Geology at the University of Wyoming and his M.Sc. in Geosciences from Montana Tech. He is a registered professional geologist in the State of Idaho. He meets the criteria of a "qualified person" per NI 43-101.

Managed $6 Million drilling program as a Geologist for Kinross Gold Corporation. The Paracatu mine is one of the largest gold surface mines in Brazil, and also in the world. The mine is located in Minas Gerais state, in the northwestern region of Brazil. The mine has estimated reserves of 17.5 million oz of gold.
As a Geologist Built Micromine 3D structure model of the Kupol mine. Wrote MATLAB scripts to analyze data and produce rose diagrams, stereonet planes, stereonet poles, and neural network cluster analysis to identify joint sets and provide correlation coefficient data. The Kupol Gold Mine is located north of the Arctic Circle in the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug. Mining has produced over 3 million ounces of Gold.

200,000 tonne per annum copper producer.

Mr. John Ryan has been an active entrepreneur in the natural resources sector for over twenty-five years. He has extensive experience in the sector having served as an officer and/or director of several companies. John's extensive experience provides valuable insights regarding mining and oil & gas operations, as well as public company expertise. He has been a founder or co-founder of several succesfull companies.
John was raised in the historic mining town of Wallace, Idaho starting his career as an underground miner at the Galena Mine (production exceeding a 100 million oz. of silver). Later on he would start U.S. Silver Corp. and orchestrate the financing and acquisition of the Galena, (the very mine he started his career in as a teenager), from Coeur d' Alene Mines Corp. He served as both Chairman of the Board and Cheif Financial Officer.
Mr. Ryan has been a leader in the mining industry for over a quarter century. He has extensive experience in the sector having served as an officer and/or director of companies such as Bunker Hill Mining, (Director and Cheif Executive),Premium Exploration (Director and President), High Plains Uranium (Director and Co-founder), U.S. Silver Corporation (Founder, Director, Chairman and Cheif Financial Officer), Western Goldfields, Inc., (Co-Founder and Director) and many others
In the oil and gas sector Mr. Ryan has been active as an officer and director of Cadence Resources Corporation, Tomco Energy, Presidium Energy, Oxford Oil & Gas, as well as assisting with the reorganization of Northstar Energy. His experience includes both on and offshore projects. His efforts have involved the financing of several drilling and exploration projects that have resulted in producing operations.
Recongnized as an expert in the financing of Mining and Oil and Gas projects worldwide. John has been involved in transactions in the U.S., Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Mexico, Chile, Honduras, Nicaragua, Mauritania, Spain, Israel and France. He has a vast knowledge of the legal procedures, financial reporting requirements and property valuation methods of mining transactions in the financial markets of New York, Toronto, Vancouver, London and Sydney.
Mr. Ryan obtained a B.S. in Mining Engineering from the University of Idaho in 1985 after completing his degree John joined the U.S. Navy and was commisioned as an officer, serving on board the U.S.S. Valdez from 1985 - 1989. After the Navy John was accepted into Boston College Law School where earned a Juris Doctor in 1992.
